Variants: The 3-door Thar is available in two broad variants: AX(O) and LX.
Colour Options: Mahindra Thar is available in five colour options: Everest White, Red Rage, Deep Forest, Stealth Black, and Deep Grey. Mahindra also offers a Desert Fury exterior paint option, which is currently only available with the SUV’s Earth Edition.
Seating Capacity: It is available in a 4-seater layout.
Engine and Transmission: The Thar gets three engine choices:
Both the above engines are available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, the RWD model features a 1.5-litre diesel engine (118 PS/300 Nm) with a 6-speed manual transmission, while the turbo-petrol unit comes with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic.
Features: The Thar is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, manual AC, a washable interior floor, and detachable roof panels.
Safety: Safety features include dual front airbags, hill descent control, traction control, and rear parking sensors.
